How do you take it ?
Sea Moss is very user friendly when it comes to taste. In its most pure form it takes on the flavor of what you add it to. You can add it to your smoothies, yogurt, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, vegetables, applesauce or you can take it straight out of the jar and chase it with our elderberry or bilberry syrup.
How does it taste?
Sea Moss tastes different depending on each persons taste buds. We’ve heard everything from it tastes like apple sauce to I don’t taste or smell anything to it tastes like jello. Often, people try to associate it with something it reminds them of. Most of our sea moss is flavored with a fruit, herb or vegetable that is organic or all-natural.

16 oz lasts one person 2 weeks or less
16 oz lasts two people 1 week or less
Typically, It has its highest potency for 14 days after that you may discard it.
Can I freeze it?
Yes, you can freeze it for 3-6 months. Then defrost in the refrigerator.
